1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DaktarList ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, patients, and healthcare providers who use DaktarList.

2. Our Service

DaktarList provides an online directory of doctors and healthcare providers in Bangladesh. Our Service includes:

• Searchable database of doctor profiles, specialties, and chamber locations
• Display of consultation schedules and fees
• Online appointment booking facility
• Patient reviews and ratings

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

You do not need an account to search for doctors or browse profiles. To book appointments, you provide your contact information per booking. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and agree not to impersonate another person.

4. Appointments

• DaktarList facilitates appointment booking but does not guarantee availability. Final confirmation rests with the doctor or clinic.
• You must arrive on time with your serial number. Late arrival may result in loss of your appointment slot.
• Cancellations should be made as early as possible to allow other patients to book.
• DaktarList is not responsible for any changes to doctor availability, chamber schedules, or consultation fees after booking.

5. Doctor Profiles

We strive to keep doctor information accurate and up-to-date. However:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any profile information.
• Consultation fees, schedules, and chamber locations may change without notice.
• Verification of BMDC registration does not constitute endorsement of a doctor's clinical abilities.
• If you find incorrect information, please report it via our contact form.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information in appointment forms
• Post fake or defamatory reviews about doctors
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from DaktarList
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload our systems
• Use DaktarList for any unlawful purpose

7. Medical Disclaimer

The information on DaktarList is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of information found on DaktarList. In case of medical emergency, call 999 or go to your nearest hospital immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Bangladeshi law, DaktarList shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for missed appointments, incorrect medical information, or treatment outcomes.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed BDT 1,000.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to DaktarList at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, healthcare providers, or DaktarList.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
